Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a *3-day return/exchange policy*, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. *Conditions for Return/Exchange:* – *Defective or Incorrect Items*: If the product you received is defective or not the one you ordered, you are eligible for a return or exchange. – *Sizing Issues*: We do not offer returns for sizing issues. However, you may request an exchange for a different size if available. Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including: Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items. Sale Items If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will process your refund to your bank account or Easypaisa account. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. *Note:* Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
